Repeals. — Laws 1997, ch. 197, § 17 repealed 57-3-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1959, ch. 345, § 3, relating to items, packages or establishment to show mark or name, unlawful to use for purposes of deceit, effective July 1, 1997.
