Attorney fees

In an action to enforce the provisions of the Prompt Payment Act, the court may award court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
History: Laws 2001, ch. 68, § 11; 2007, ch. 213, § 5.
The 2007 amendment, effective June 15, 2007, changed the title of the act.
