Chapter 57, Article 22 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Charitable Solicitations Act". History: Laws 1983, ch. 140, § 1; 1999, ch. 124, § 1. The 1999 amendment, effective July 1, 1999, substituted "Chapter 57, Article 22 NMSA 1978" for "This act", and deleted "Organizations and" preceding "Solicitations Act". Am.
