The director is authorized to suspend or revoke the license of any weighmaster or a deputy weighmaster when: A. he is satisfied, after a hearing upon ten days' notice to the licensee, that the licensee has violated any provision of the Weighmaster Act or any valid regulations of the board affecting licensed weighmasters; or B. the licensee has been convicted in any court of competent jurisdiction of violating any provision or regulation issued under the Weighmaster Act.
