This act [57-14-1 to 57-14-9 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Price Discrimination Act".

Act parallels federal act. — The Price Discrimination Act (57-14-1 to 57-14-9) adopted by the New Mexico legislature, except for its provision permitting damages, closely parallels the Robinson-Patman Act, adopted by congress as an amendment to the Clayton Anti-Trust Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13 (1976).
