Chapter 57, Article 12B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Privacy Protection Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 169, § 1; 2005, ch. 127, § 1. The 2005 amendment, effective January 1, 2006, changed the reference to the Privacy Protection Act to the NMSA 1978 designation.
