The Uniform Voidable Transactions Act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of the Uniform Voidable Transactions Act among states enacting it. Recompilations. — Laws 2015, ch. 54, § 21 recompiled and amended former 56-10-25 NMSA 1978 as 56-10-27 NMSA 1978, effective January 1, 2016. The 2015 amendment, effective January 1, 2016, substituted "Uniform Voidable Transactions Act" for references to the former Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act; and after each occurrence of "Uniform", deleted "Fraudulent Transfer" and added "Voidable Transactions".
