The Uniform Partnership Act (1994) [54-1A-101 to 54-1A-1206 NMSA 1978] shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of that act among states enacting it. Recompilations. — Laws 1997, ch. 76, § 12, recompiles 54-1A-1001 NMSA 1978 as 54-1A-1201 NMSA 1978, effective July 1, 1997. Effective dates. — Laws 1996, ch. 53, § 1007 makes the Uniform Partnership Act effective on July 1, 1997.
