Recompilations. — Laws 1997, ch. 76, §§ 12 and 13 recompile former 54-1A-1004 and 54-1A-1005 NMSA 1978 as 54-1A-1204 and 54-1A-1205 NMSA 1978, respectively, effective July 1, 1997.
