Chapter 53, Article 5 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Corporate Reports Act". History: 1953 Comp., § 51-21-1, enacted by Laws 1959, ch. 181, § 1; 1998, ch. 108, § 23. The 1998 amendment, effective January 1, 1999, substituted "Chapter 53, Article 5 NMSA 1978" for "This act" at the beginning of the section.
