Associations formed under Chapter 53, Article 4 NMSA 1978 and foreign corporations admitted under Section 53-4-41 NMSA 1978 to do business in this state shall pay an annual license fee of twenty dollars ($20.00). The 1993 amendment, effective July 1, 1993, substituted "under Chapter 53, Article 4 NMSA 1978" for "hereunder", "53-4-41 NMSA 1978" for "41", and "twenty dollars ($20.00)" for "five dollars ($5.00)".
