Repeals. — Laws 1983, ch. 304, § 73 repealed 53-13-9 to 53-13-12 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 81, §§ 63 to 66, relating to restrictions on redemption or purchase of redeemable shares, cancellation of redeemable shares by redemption or purchase, cancellation of other reacquired shares, and reduction of stated capital in certain cases, respectively, effective June 17, 1983.
