A civil action to enforce any provision of Chapter 50, Article 4 NMSA 1978 may encompass all violations that occurred as part of a continuing course of conduct regardless of the date on which they occurred. History: Laws 2009, ch. 104, § 2. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 104 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 19, 2009, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
