Notice of hearing on capital improvements plan and impact fee

A. The municipality or county shall publish notice of the hearing conforming to
locally adopted regulations governing change-of-zone requests, except as otherwise
provided in this section.
B. The notice must contain the following:
(1) a headline to read as follows:
"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS PLAN AND
ADOPTION OF IMPACT
FEES";
(2) the time, date and location of the hearing;
(3) a statement that the purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposed
capital improvements plan and the adoption of an impact fee;
(4) an easily understandable map of the service area in which the proposed
fee will be imposed;
(5) the amount of the proposed impact fee per service unit; and
(6) a statement that any member of the public has the right to appear at the
hearing and present evidence for or against the plan and proposed fee.
