New Mexico Code § 5-5-14

Incontestable recital in bonds

It may be provided in any proceedings authorizing any bonds hereunder that such
bond shall recite that it is issued under authority of this act [5-5-1 to 5-5-23, 5-5-25 to 5-
5-27 NMSA 1978]. Such recital shall conclusively impart full compliance with all of the
provisions of this act, and all bonds issued containing such recital shall be incontestable
for any cause whatsoever after their delivery for value.
