Sections 1 through 10 [5-20-1 to 5-20-10 NMSA 1978] of this 2019 act may be cited as the "Regional Air Center Special Economic District Act". History: Laws 2019, ch. 13, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2019, ch. 13 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 2019, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
