Television translator stations; construction by political subdivisions

subdivisions.
Any county or municipality in the state is authorized to appropriate annually from its
general fund a reasonable sum for the acquisition, construction, improvement or
maintenance of translator stations for the purpose of receiving and transmitting
television broadcasting signals.
