Chapter 5, Article 17 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Infrastructure Development Zone Act". History: Laws 2009, ch. 136, § 1; 2019, ch. 10, § 1. The 2019 amendment, effective June 14, 2019, changed "This act" to "Chapter 5, Article 17 NMSA 1978".
