Chapter 5, Article 13 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Convention Center Financing Act". History: Laws 2003, ch. 87, § 1; 2014, ch. 15, § 1. Cross references. — For the Civic and Convention Center Funding Act, see Chapter 5, Article 14 NMSA 1978. The 2014 amendment, effective May 21, 2014, added the NMSA chapter and article for the Convention Center Financing Act; and at the beginning of the sentence, changed "This act" to "Chapter 5, Article 13 NMSA 1978".
