Nothing in the Local Economic Development Act shall be construed to affect any other requirements of the constitution or other laws regarding local government debt, issuance of bonds, use of tax revenues or the grant, lease or sale of land or other property. History: Laws 1993, ch. 297, § 13. Severability. — Laws 1993, ch. 297, § 14 provided for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
