The Deed of Trust Act shall be liberally construed to carry out its purpose. History: Laws 1987, ch. 61, § 21. Severability. — Laws 1987, ch. 61, § 22 provided for the severability of the Deed of Trust Act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
