The Condominium Act is a general act intended as a unified coverage of its subject matter; no part of it shall be deemed impliedly repealed, amended or expanded by subsequent legislation if that construction can reasonably be avoided. Compiler's notes. — This section is similar to § 1-109 of the Uniform Condominium Act, with the following main exception: the language of § 1-109 of the Uniform Condominium Act does not include "amended or expanded" following "impliedly repealed."
