This act [47-1A-1 to 47-1A-2 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Uniform Vendor and Purchaser Risk Act". History: Laws 1997, ch. 36, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 1997, ch. 36, § 3 made the Uniform Vendor and Purchaser Risk Act effective July 1, 1997.
