The requirements of the Distributed Generation Disclosure Act [57-31-1 to 57-31-5 NMSA 1978] shall not apply to a transaction involving the sale or transfer of the real property on which the distributed energy generation system is located. History: Laws 2017, ch. 102, § 6. Effective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 102 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 2017, 90 days after the adjournment of the legislature.
