This act [47-12A-1 to 47-12A-6 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Cultural Properties Preservation Easement Act". History: Laws 1995, ch. 137, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 1995, ch. 137 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 16, 1995, 90 days after adjournment of the legislature.
