The district court has exclusive jurisdiction of all proceedings involving a trust. History: Laws 2003, ch. 122, § 2-203; 2007, ch. 128, § 7. The 2007 amendment, effective July 1, 2007, broadened district court jurisdiction to include all proceedings involving a trust.
