This act [46-9A-1 to 46-9A-10 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act". History: Laws 2009, ch. 130, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 130, § 12 provided that the act was effective July 1, 2009.
