Uniformity of application and construction

The Uniform Transfers to Minors Act shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of that act among states enacting it.
History: Laws 1989, ch. 357, § 24.
Severability. — Laws 1989, ch. 357, § 25 provides for the severability of the Uniform Transfers to Minors Act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
