No funds of the beneficiary except those derived from the trust may be applied to carrying out or furtherance of the trust by the trustees, except by express action of the legislative authority of the beneficiary first had. History: 1953 Comp., § 33-6-6, enacted by Laws 1957, ch. 171, § 6.
