Compliance with the prudent investor rule is determined in light of the facts and circumstances existing at the time of a trustee's decision or action and not by hindsight. History: 1978 Comp., § 45-7-609, enacted by Laws 1995, ch. 210, § 90. Effective dates. — Laws 1995, ch. 210, § 94 made the Uniform Prudent Investor Act effective July 1, 1995.
