Recompilations. — Former 45-5-205.1 NMSA 1978, relating to foreign guardians, was recompiled as 45-5-301.2 NMSA 1978 in 1994. Laws 2011, ch. 124, § 97 repealed 45-5-301.2 NMSA 1978, effective January 1, 2012.
