Repeals. — Laws 1978, ch. 159, § 15, repealed 32A-3-105.1, 1953 Comp. (45-3-105.1 NMSA 1978), as enacted by Laws 1977, ch. 121, § 1 relating to probate filing, effective March 6, 1978.
