Repeals. — Laws 1999, ch. 270, § 10 repealed 43-3-8 and 43-3-9 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 185, §§ 1 and 2, relating to alcohol abuse prevention and treatment, effective July 1, 1999.
