Sections 1 through 13 of this act [42-5A-1 to 42-5A-13 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act". History: Laws 2017, ch. 41, § 1. Effective dates. — Laws 2017, ch. 41, § 21 made Laws 2017, ch. 41, § 1 effective January 1, 2018.
