This act [42-2-23, 42-2-24 NMSA 1978] shall not apply to any land which at the time of condemnation was wholly within the boundary of an incorporated municipality. History: 1953 Comp., § 22-9-67, enacted by Laws 1967, ch. 206, § 6.
