This act [41-9-1 to 41-9-7 NMSA 1978] may be cited as the "Review Organization Immunity Act". History: Laws 1979, ch. 169, § 1. Act's qualified immunity replaces common law absolute immunity. — This act abolishes any common-law absolute immunity available to review organization participants prior to its enactment, establishing instead a qualified immunity.
