Repeals. — Laws 2016, ch. 34, § 2 repealed 41-1A-1 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 2016 ch. 34, § 1, relating to exclusive forum selection and choice of law provisions in health care provider contracts, enforcement, effective July 1, 2019.
