Repeals. — Laws 1993, ch. 77, § 234E repealed 40-7-29 to 40-7-65 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1985, ch. 194, §§ 1 to 33 and amended by Laws 1987, ch. 106, §§ 5 and 6, and by Laws 1989, ch. 341, §§ 2 to 15, and as recompiled by Laws 1985, ch. 194, § 38, relating to adoptions, effective July 1, 1993.
