No insurer, health maintenance organization or non-profit health care plan shall be required to change coverages offered as a result of the minimum standards promulgated pursuant to the Mandatory Medical Support Act. Nothing in the Mandatory Medical Support Act shall be construed as creating any regulatory authority over the business of insurance. History: Laws 1990, ch. 78, § 8.
