The rights, remedies, duties and penalties created by the Support Enforcement Act are in addition to any other rights, remedies, duties and penalties created by any other law. History: Laws 1985, ch. 105, § 19. Severability. — Laws 1985, ch. 105, § 20 provides for the severability of the act if any part or application thereof is held invalid.
