Chapter 40, Article 13B NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Confidential Substitute Address Act". History: Laws 2018, ch. 40, § 1; 2023, ch. 39, § 92. The 2023 amendment, effective June 16, 2023, provided the statutory reference for the Confidential Substitute Address Act; deleted "This act" and added "Chapter 40, Article 13B NMSA 1978".
