Chapter 40, Article 12 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Domestic Relations Mediation Act". History: Laws 1987, ch. 153, § 1; 2009, ch. 201, § 1. The 2009 amendment, effective June 19, 2009, changed the reference of the act to the chapter and article of NMSA 1978.
