Proceedings pursuant to the New Mexico Uniform Parentage Act are subject to other laws of New Mexico governing the health, safety, privacy and liberty of a child or other person who could be jeopardized by disclosure of identifying information, including address, telephone number, place of employment, social security number and the child's daycare facility and school. History: Laws 2009, ch. 215, § 1-105. Effective dates. — Laws 2009, ch. 215, § 20 made the New Mexico Uniform Parentage Act effective January 1, 2010.
