Chapter 4, Article 61 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Small Counties Assistance Act". History: Laws 1982, ch. 44, § 1; 2003, ch. 217, § 1. The 2003 amendment, effective June 20, 2003, substituted "Chapter 4, Article 61 NMSA 1978" for "Sections 1 through 3 of this act" at the beginning of the section.
