ANNOTATIONS Repeals. — Laws 1998, ch. 55, § 94 repealed 4-45-6 NMSA 1978, as enacted by Laws 1876, ch. 1, § 23, relating to duties of the clerk of the board and giving notice to the district attorney, effective September 1, 1998.
