Existing personnel rules, policies and compensation plans for the employees shall remain in full force and effect until new rules, policies and pay plans are established pursuant to the District Attorney Personnel and Compensation Act. History: Laws 1991, ch. 175, § 14. Effective dates. — Laws 1991, ch. 175 contained no effective date provision, but, pursuant to N.M. Const., art. IV, § 23, was effective June 14, 1991.
