The administrative office of the courts shall provide facilities for each magistrate court. Counties and municipalities shall cooperate and assist wherever possible. Repeals. — Laws 1968, ch. 62, § 171, repealed former 36-9-9, 1953 Comp., relating to finding defendant guilty, judgment and warrant of removal, effective January 1, 1969.
