All laws and procedures governing magistrate courts apply to actions of replevin in the magistrate court except as otherwise provided by law. Repeals. — Laws 1968, ch. 62, § 171, repealed former 36-13-4, 1953 Comp., relating to distribution of forms for criminal cases, effective January 1, 1969.
