There shall be three magistrates in Valencia magistrate district, division 1 and division 3 in Los Lunas and division 2 in Belen. History: 1953 Comp., § 36-1-35, enacted by Laws 1968, ch. 62, § 37; 1972, ch. 45, § 3; 1982, ch. 101, § 4; 1992, ch. 30, § 1. The 1992 amendment, effective July 1, 1993, substituted "three magistrates" for "two magistrates" and "division 3 in Los Lunas" for "division 2 in Los Lunas".
