Probate courts; seal

The probate courts shall procure and keep a seal with emblems and devices as the supreme court determines.

The 2023 amendment, effective July 1, 2023, provided the supreme court with the authority to make a determination on the seal to be used by probate courts, a determination that is currently within the authority of the probate courts; added the section heading "Probate courts; seal"; and after "devices as the", deleted "courts shall think proper" and added "supreme court determines".
